Throughout his career, Teck Leong has demonstrated exceptional skill in leveraging technology, designing operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships to run scaled operations and contact centres — across customer service, sales onboarding, delivery fulfilment, collections, and field service operations. His leadership earned the Service Excellence Champion of the Year award as Assistant Director at HP, and his work on key customer digital transformation projects contributed to a Straits Times Best Customer Service award in August 2022.
